A proud father of two daughters, Lee founded Union Benefit Advisors (UBA) to help union members and their families maximize the value of their pensions, retirement benefits, healthcare options, and legacy plans. Through education, retirement planning, and personalized guidance, Lee and his team help members prepare for retirement with greater confidence and peace of mind. Today, Lee remains committed to the same mission that began over two decades ago: bringing value, education, and service to the hardworking Americans who built this country.

A St. Louis native and graduate of Missouri Baptist University, Mike is passionate about educating hardworking Americans and helping them build a clear path toward a more secure retirement.

Larry Dykes brings decades of experience helping individuals, families, and retirees prepare for a confident financial future. As Owner of Skyview Partners and a member of the UBA team, he specializes in retirement income planning, fiduciary investment management, insurance solutions, and wealth preservation strategies.
Larry has strong ties to the union skilled trades community. His father was a railroad union member, his brother-in-law retired from Ironworkers Local 22, and his nephew is a member of IBEW Local 1393. These connections have given him a deep appreciation for the hard work and commitment of union members and their families.
Earlier in his career, Larry served as an NFL Contract Advisor, working with professional athlete contracts and collective bargaining agreements. He has also held leadership roles with numerous nonprofit organizations, including Rock Steady Boxing, where he helped guide the organization’s growth from four affiliates to more than 500 worldwide.
At UBA, Larry is committed to helping union members and retirees build, protect, and preserve their retirement lifestyle through education, personalized guidance, and fiduciary-focused planning.

Jeff Riesberg is one of Union Benefit Advisors’ senior financial advisors, with more than 20 years of experience helping individuals and families prepare for retirement with confidence and clarity. Over the years, Jeff has developed a deep understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities faced by union skilled trades members and their families. His primary goal is to make the retirement process simple, less stressful, and easy to understand so clients feel confident in both their plan and the reasoning behind every recommendation.
“If you don’t understand the plan, then I haven’t done my job well enough. As a fiduciary, it’s my responsibility not only to make the best recommendations possible, but also to ensure you understand the ‘why’ behind them.”
Jeff is married to Baillie and is the proud father of five children: Jacob, Hunter, Aubrey, Libby, and Harper. He enjoys spending time with his family and supporting them in all of their activities. Outside of work, Jeff enjoys sports, especially baseball and football.

Before entering the retirement and insurance industry, Carlos enjoyed a successful career in technology sales and was a professional opera singer. His unique background allows him to communicate complex concepts in a clear and understandable way.

Outside of work, Carlos enjoys golf, sports, music, and the arts. He is a devoted husband, active church volunteer, and caregiver for his 97-year-old father.

Blake Zinn has been serving employers, retirement plan sponsors, and participants since 2011, specializing in 401(k), retirement plan consulting, fiduciary guidance, and plan design. Before entering the financial services industry, Blake worked alongside union skilled trades at the Cooper Nuclear Station and with Omaha Public Power District, where he served as a technical trainer within apprenticeship programs. Working directly with apprentices across multiple trades gave him a firsthand appreciation for the dedication, craftsmanship, and values that define union labor.
Today, Blake brings that experience to his work with retirement plans, including Taft-Hartley and union-sponsored benefit programs. He is committed to helping trustees, employers, and participants make informed decisions through education, transparent communication, and practical retirement planning strategies that support long-term financial security.

The last few years have found her as program coordinator and has brought great satisfaction.
